Your account and workspace

MyCozySheets provides online planning and tracking tools. Calendar is free with an account. Paid products are purchased separately unless an offer expressly states otherwise. Your selected plan, total price, billing period and renewal terms are shown before payment.

Keep your sign-in credentials private and use only accounts and information you are authorised to access. Do not attempt to access other users’ records, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful material. You remain responsible for the content and accuracy of the information you enter.

Purchases and access

Individual product plans grant access to the purchasing account. Project & Task Planner uses the workspace and seat allowance shown for the selected team plan. Paid access is activated after payment confirmation and follows the plan’s access period. Eligible Etsy activation is subject to verification of the order and the offer associated with that purchase.

Subscription renewals, cancellation, withdrawal and refunds are explained in Subscriptions & refunds. A promotion applies only according to its displayed terms; you can review the final amount in secure checkout before paying.

Using the tools

The tools help you organise information and calculations. They do not provide personalised financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Check important entries and calculations before relying on them. Currency selection changes the display where stated; it does not imply live exchange-rate conversion.

Calendar saves local clock times. Import previews identify unsupported events rather than silently changing their schedules. In-app reminders require Calendar to remain open; they are not a substitute for a critical alarm. Exported reminders depend on the calendar app that receives them.

Support and service issues

Use Support to report a problem or request help. If you cannot sign in, email support@mycozysheets.com. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or full payment-card details. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, connectivity or provider outages.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, legal remedies for a non-conforming service, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
