Please note that if you are ordering items to be shipped outside of continental USA you may be subject to duties and taxes through your custom brokers.

We understand that once you have chosen your items you would like to receive them as soon as possible. We process orders within 24 hours and you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number as soon as available.

It is also important to keep the shipping rate reasonable and timely. We have several options for you to choose from but we recommend UPS Ground service as the most cost effective process, although it does take longer to get your order.

Shipping rates start at $5.99 for your first item and then an small additional charge of 1.95 for each item after that.

Be assured that we are not padding our shipping and do not charge for handling.

We can get your order to you fast if you choose but of course the rates would increase proportionally.

Return Policy
If you are not pleased with your purchase please call us for a return authorization number and simply ship it back to us within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price less the shipping fees. We must receive your returned purchase within 15 days of receipt in order to issue a refund. Item(s) must be in it's original package and unopened. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled. In fact Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including: Duvets, pillow cases, sheets, and pillows for refund or credit. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s). We do not accept COD returns of any kind.
